3 Bedroom Apartment in Gunnison

Newly renovated loft in a building that is on the National Register of Historic Places. Centrally located in the Gunnison Valley, the loft is in downtown Gunnison and walking distance from shops, restaurants, grocery stores and WCU. In the summer, you can enjoy hiking, biking, ATV trails, fly fishing, rafting, horseback riding and golfing. Crested Butte is a half hour away and is the wildflower capital of Colorado. In the winter, Crested Butte Ski resort and Monarch Mountain are 45 minutes away.
This newly remodeled loft is on the second floor of the tallest building in downtown Gunnison. The Webster Building was one of the first permanent structures in downtown Gunnison. Originally, the building had a retail shop on the first floor while the proprietor lived on the second floor. The third floor was used as a social hall and rumor has it was a place that Wyatt Earp and Doc Holliday would play cards during their stay in Gunnison after Earp's vendetta ride.
Currently, the first floor is home to Pawsitively Native, while the second and third floors are both lofts. The back deck includes a grill and a picnic table for guests to enjoy. The apartment is a great place to stay and relax as you experience everything the Gunnison Valley has to offer, while still being able to enjoy all the amenities of home. There is plenty of space with the loft's open floor plan and tall ceilings. The coffee bar is a morning favorite and everyone loves a good game of foosball at the foosball table. There is a washer and dryer for your personal use as well.

Summary: I thought this property would be nice based on the photos and reviews, but it was awesome. I felt like I was staying in a brand new luxury condo. I loved everything about it - the exposed brick, woodwork, lighting, etc. We didn’t do any cooking so I can’t speak to kitchen supplies (but the kitchen is gorgeous!).

Summary: We loved our stay. The host was very attentive and helpful. The loft is beautiful, top notch in quality and craftsmanship. Host provided some snacks, drinks, awesome coffee beans and treats for our dog. Best VRBO we have ever stayed in, highly recommend.

Summary: This loft is exactly what you see in the photos. The finishings are high end and the location is perfect. What you can’t see is how comfortable the beds are, how nicely furnished the kitchen and bathrooms are and how helpful the host is. I had several questions leading up to our visit and the host responded very quickly each time I reached out. Highly recommend the area and this loft. You will have a great experience!

Summary: This new loft condo exceeded our expectations. The property has beautiful comfortable furnishings with lots of room for relaxing and sharing meals. The big kitchen is well equipped, the bathrooms are spotless and the bedrooms have huge closets and comfortable beds. We would definitely rent this spot again!

Summary: The loft was perfect and located right in the heart of Downtown Gunnison. Complete walkability to restaurants and shopping. The Loft itself was very spacious, bright, and clean. The hosts left several personal touches for their guests. Great coffee bar set up!I wish I could have stayed longer.

Summary: Everything about this property from was AMAZING! Whitney was very quick in her communication. The loft had everything we needed and then some. The location was great being on Main street. We were able to walk to restaurants & the WCU campus.
